Tahngarth Alt. Art Foil

So I've run into someone on deckbox with this $80~ card, and I'm wondering why it's worth so much when the normal foil is $4. Anyone have any insight?

(You have to actually google Tahngarth Alt Art to find the expensive one because iMTG has it linked to the normal price.)

I mean, the art is neat, but...
