I'm taking my trade binder to my lgs and am going to scrap it for store credit. How much do stores give you in terms of %? My does 40% of the card value for store credit, but I think I can bump it up to 45-50%

Feel free to prove me wrong. Because any place that takes 70-80% of value either has a very slim buy list or is going out of business. Or I have a bunch of junk to sell and I would thank you.

At my lgs (A Steet Games) they do full value for credit and 50% for cash

Game heroes is great. Matt and his bro always have been great. Their prize support has always crushed every other store nearby. Generally 125% of entrees into tournaments are paid in store credit and a bonus card like elspeth or something is also a bonus first place prize.

Seriously! On top of that, their price on singles is always excellent. Most of their cards ring in somewhere around TCG Low. Literally Monday I picked up a playset of {Green Sun's Zenith} and a {Null Rod} for $25, and got a free pack .

Yes. You get 50% cash, or 80% credit. They are buying everything.
