I think

-2 {Elixir of Immortality}: put one or two in the SB if you really think you need it.

-2 {War Report}: you don't get anything but time from gaining life and {Elixir of Immortality} is a better option IMO.

-1 {Master's Call}: low impact IMO. Might cut even more.

-1 {Myr Galvanizer} because you only have so many mana producing creatures. And I'm cutting one.

-1 {Alloy Myr}: any color of mana in a W/Artifact deck? Unnecessary.

+1 {Urza's Tower}, {Urza's Power Plant} and {Urza's Mine} to complete Tron

+4 {Expedition Map} to smooth out Tron.

Consider {Mox Opal}.
