Notes:

LinkCelestrial

Manabase: very basic. Functional.

Creatures: all part of the combo.

{Jalira, Master Polymorphist}: The key piece. The game is usually decided by whether or not I draw her and whether or not she lives.

{Stormtide Leviathan}: vs the vast majority of decks this is an auto win. Locks people out and kills them in three turns. This is the finisher.

Token Generators: to fuel the Master Polymorphist.

{Hordeling Outburst}: I only run one as it's clunky to cast. May cut it eventually depending on how smoothly the deck runs.

{Secure the Wastes}: IMO the best token generator in standard. That instant speed is amazing.

{Dragon Fodder}: pretty easy to cast decent value. Not bad.

{Raise the Alarm}: well known. Instant speed and good value.

Counterspells: to buy time till combo.

{Disdainful Stroke}: very solid vs most decks right now.

{Negate}: there are still no spelless decks in standard.

{Dissolve}: catch all.

{Nullify}: I'd rather have {Essence Scatter} with this manabase but it works.

Keeping my combo alive:

{Gods Willing}: everybody knows it. And has probably gotten into an argument about protection because of it.

{Valorous Stance}: doubles as removal.

Sideboard:

{Nullify}/{Disdainful Stroke}/{Negate}: all used to adjust the counterspell package to who I'm playing against.

{Brimaz, King of Oreskos}: in vs Aggro and Control sometimes. Is legendary so doesn't trigger {Jalira, Master Polymophist}.

{Elspeth, Sun's Champion}: In vs Control and other slower decks.

{Anger of the Gods}: in vs Aggro.

{Last Breath} to get rid of pesky reoccurring Phoenixes.

How the deck works:

{Jalira, Master Polymorphist} + token generators + only having {Stormtide Leviathan} in the deck.

T1 tapland

T2 land. Any 2 drop token maker or a two drop counter.

T3 {Dissolve}/other counters. Or any token generator if I haven't already played one.

T4 land {Jalira, Master Polymorphist}

T5 hold counters, Polymorph at EOT

T6 start winning.

Weaknesses: Flying and island walk can allow opponents to finish me off. Very bad Temur matchup. Pretty bad control matchup thanks to the new Dragonlords as finishers. If it doesn't draw Jalira it has a bad day.

Strengths: nobody is expecting it. Control shell makes most matchups winnable. Pretty solid aggro matchup. Can lock out a lot of decks.

I'm open for ideas. Especially on other finishers.

Crossed

{Anticipate} would help you set up that win con. {Dig through time} or {treasure cruise} because you play so many grave-bound spells

particle

I feel like 4 {secure the wastes} is too much. Early game it's just a bad {raise the alarm} so having 4 seems like you'd have it in your opener or draw one early game which doesn't seem very good. I agree with anticipate. Not really sure why you have god's willing in here. {stormtide leviathan} definitely doesn't need it, the tokens definitely don't need it, so jalira would like be your only good target. So instead of having a spell that's dead most of the time, id just run more counter magic.
