Null Profusion/Leng's Library

If i have both {Null Profusion} and {Library of Leng} out, is my hand maximum 2 or is the no hand maximum?

It depends on the order they entered the battlefield.  If Null entered second, it's 2, if Library entered second, it's unlimited.  It's as simple as that.
