Not strictly true. There are dragons of all flavors for cheep. And you have baby eldrazi like {ulamog's crusher}, {pathraizer of ulamog}, and {artisan of kozilek}. This is a deck thats relatively inexpensive to build and can be upgraded easily.

Agree, but land base could be a money sink it's hard to hit rgw on turn 3 with a small budget hopefully you can hit it by turn 4 but that's turn you wanna cast explosive vegetation effects

If you have a target by you look for last years commander decks. If they have a sticker on the UPC code they where under $10. Maybe pick one of those up if you can find one. It has some staples to make a commander deck.
