So. Wizards decided to not ban or unban anything, meaning that they think the format is stable. Do you guys agree? Here is my opinion. They should have banned.

Explain pls. I think it's not as bad as it was, but still is being dominated by twin and Abzan.

Siege rhino isn't good enough to be banned. It's just a good cmc 4 spell that's fits in a good chunk of decks.

Tbh I think you could argue for something from twin (like {sleight of hand} or something small) should be banned to turn it down from a 10 to a 9. Lots of people play it, and it's borderline too good for the current format, because control has disappeared, and burn has started hiding.

I don't care about twin, because I side 4 {rending volley}, 4 {back to nature}, main 4 {oblivion stone} etc. but it is the only super fast/consistent combo deck in the meta.

Ban Exarch, leave them {Pestermite}?

4 back to nature in the board isn't that a bit excessive?

My meta of about 6ish real decks has 2 boggles, and there are other assorted cases where it's useful. And there's not much else I'd rather have. Only slightly tempting other option is spells kite for infect.

I mean spellskite seems better because

1. It's good against boggles too

2. It's good against twin

It's also very life heavy. Back to nature seems a lot better. If he has his spirit dancer out, I let him churn out all his enchantments, then nature. With kite, he'd drain me of life, and keep throwing stuff on.

Against twin, they usually cryptic it back to my hand, then combo.

That's fair I guess. I'm used to having one boggles deck in a 12-13 deck meta and that guy never shows up really.

Modern is healthyish right now.

No bans are needed but I agree in and are needed. JtMS AND BBE can be unbanned IMO also Siege Rhino is not ban worthy

Not that big. One of their cantrips would be fine.

It wouldn't be as good of a cantrips. Like I said, it'd just be to take it down a tiny notch.

I feel like other decks would be hurt more. Idk.
