I was wondering if there is a cheap, kind of competitive deck which revolves casting {Epic Experiment}

Go Temur, ramp, stuff it full of burn. The thing about {Epic Experiment} is that it's like {Villainous Wealth}. If you cast it for enough and have big spells you'll end up paying less mana for more spells.

I dont actually want to go temur, I discovered that guttersnipe + epic...=alot of damage, especiall in a izzet burn deck.

How are you going to ramp in U/R exactly?

Z5

The goal... Oh wait thx, I have a new idea, yes with temur ramp, very smart.

Well no. I have a deck that can ramp pretty significantly in two colours and is fun

You could go {Izzet Signet}, {Izzet Cluestone} {Sol Ring} and co.
