Agreed. Playset of {Goblin Rabblemaster}.

You don't have very many things to trigger {Seeker of the Way} and {Monastery Mentor}. I'd probably drop the Mentors.

You don't have anything that'll trigger {Flamewake Phoenix} without buffs. I'd drop it.

{Flame-Wreath Phoenix} is going to come down as a 5/5 unless your opponent has something to exile it with. I'd swap him for {Stormbreath Dragon}. don't get me wrong I love the card. It's just not that good.

{Gods Willing} to protect your stuff and land unblocked.

{Titan's Strength}. Almost {Lightning Bolt} with a scry one. Worst case scenario you can use it to trade with annoying blockers like {Siege Rhino}.

I'd swap {Banishing Light} to the sideboard and keep {Chained to the Rocks} in the main board. Probably only have 2-3 in the side board as well. 

I'd make room for {Revoke Existence} and/or {Erase} in the sideboard.
