How to ruin a set's value. Make the mythics promos. However, it keeps the standard format a lot cheaper...

In the past block, there have been a couple possible promos per clan. It could be a chance that you could get the mythic, or you could get the junk rare.

Well, Nissa is from Zendikar, she's in origins, could be a tie in there,
Liliana is from  Dominaria, the first in-game elf lord was from there, so there's the tie-in there
