Needs more {celestial collonade} and the {U}\{B} man land

Dump jace and drownyard IMO and you do not have a lot of targets for resto angel.  Seems unlikely to rely on getting second advantage of a Snapcaster after you invest 4 CMC to cast angel.  {forbidden academy} is kinda meh too

{lingering souls} should be in here as well.  Maybe 26 land instead of 27.  That is just asking for a flood.

{empty the pits} over zenith.  You will cast late game and by then you should have 4 black mana and all the GY to delve away
