So I was at a store near me and saw a box of Russian FRF. I asked the owner how much a pack was and he said 6 so I thought and decided to do a YOLO. I flipped through the pack... Got to the back....

And {Ugin, the spirit Dragon} was looking at me in all his communist glory.

I've been seeing him on eBay for anywhere from 30-60.... What do u think a fair trade value is for him?

Not that I'm interested in the card, but I'd value it at 40ish. Since the English version is 31 or 32 dollars, I think its reasonable to value the Russian one at around 40...slightly more but not blown out of proportion.

Just my 2 cents though ;)
