 {Nurturing Licid} for example lets me regenerate creatures and let's say I have enough mana for what I'm going to do and two creatures A and B. I move licid onto A regenerate him then let licid fall off. Does licid have summoning sickness or can I move him onto B and regenerate that one as well

Nymuera

Licid never left the board so it wouldn't have summoning sickness. By the wording of the card you should be able to regenerate both creatures..

Won't it be tapped and not be able to activate to attach to creature B? You'll end up with a tapped 1/1 licid and creature A with a "regeneration shield."

Excellent point, I missed the tap symbol. At no point does it untap.

This is only true if he attached the Licid to the first creature this turn

Nitpicking here. The post does state it moves onto the first creature this turn.
However: licid does not have summoning sickness since it has been under your control during your upkeep this turn.
If you can untap him, you can keep using him, thus regenerating any creature for {G}{G}

Just so I don't go Crazy... you CAN regenerate a tapped creature right?

Correct.

As for the matter at hand and to answer the original question:  no the Licid will not have summoning sickness, as it's the same object.  Just remember that you have to tap it to turn it in to an aura, and it will remain tapped even after being attached (though it'll Untap normally).

A small thing to remember is that when the Licid becomes an aura, it loses that ability.  You'll have to end the ability, reactivate the attach, then activate the regenerate, if you want to regenerate something else.

Apologies. That makes {G}{G}{G} and {T} to attach, regen and end the effect. I do believe there are enchantments that can do that more efficiently.
EDIT: {asceticism} comes to mind.
