Help with logging into my DCI account?

When I try to log into my DCI account it flashes me a brief error message and then goes away. Maybe a tenth of a second. When I try to reset my password, it gives me the error "we can't do this at this time. Try again later". This has happened for like a week. How the heck do I log in??


A side note, is there an email for general questions about magic? I want to ask if my store can get a box of Japanese MM2.

Are you trying to access your account from magic.wizards.com? Because my bro has also been having similar problems.

I've heard they either did or are redoing their DCI thing.
