I'm not going to share specifics because I don't trust all ya'll, but I have successfully managed to slip a {Garruk, Apex Predator} into a Two 15-Card Booster Packs booster pack and reseal it well enough that nobody can tell. For my Father for Christmas. The thing is that I don't know what the pulls from the other pack will be. I'll laugh so hard if he gets another Garruk.

I feel like trying something similar with my friend's next birthday....only his obsession is fetch lands, it would be hilarious to slip one each into two packs and give it to him. He'd probably hyperventilate thinking he got super lucky or something.
