If I a {Mentor of the Meek} out and play a {Stormblood Berserker} with activated bloodthirst is the mentor's effect still applicable?

No because when it enters play its a 3/3. It's the same way with having {Honor of the Pure} on the field. All your white creatures would be 2/2's or stronger if you have more then 1 honor.
