So, let's say I have a {Transmograph Licid}, and I throw it on a dude and make it an artifact. If I cast, let's just say, {Shatter}, and remove the Licid with its 2nd ability, does {Shatter} still kill the creature? Or is it just not a legal target anymore? I'm trying to figure out a way to continuously use the Licid to blow up dudes.

Not a legal target, since you have to Shatter, then remove the Licid in response.
