Weird question:

If my opponent has a  {True-Name Nemesis} and casts a  {Lightning Bolt} targeting me, and I  {Misdirection} the bolt, can it target the TNN?

Sure.  Misdirection only targets the spell on the stack, not the object or player you change the target to.  Since the True-Name only has protection from you, it's a legal target for an opponent's bolt.
