playing a modern format deck.. composed of 60 main and 15 sb,

incase ill use sb, can i add instead for example i need 4, so the deck will be 64

or change 4 cards so it will remain 60

but to answer question, as long as you are at or above 60 and at or below 75 you are legal and good to go.

Try to keep it at 60, it evens out the draws and doesn't dilute the land base
