100% {Narset,the enlightened master} is the best legal general on the format right now hands down. Name another commander with realistically possible turn 2 wins. Turn 3 for sure.

Narset costs too much to possibly get out on turn 2 maybe turn 3 if you have a lucky opening hand and even then she doesn't have haste. Kaalia on the other hand has a realistic possibility of attacking on turn 3 and cheating in   {Master of Cruelties} for a win

With partial Paris mulligans it is quite easy.

can you stop claiming its so easy and prove it please? can you name 5 + opening hands that can swing turn2 for infinite turns? if you cant get 5+ combinations, i doubt its so easy.
