So there's a few things that bug me about the set. Just wanna have my little whinge here, see if there's any agreement.

I was super excited for this enemy colours block for more commanders in less often used colours! Yay! But we only got 5 (from memory) and not all of them are worth building around (yet, I know yet). I so totally hope we get Legendary Dragons in those colours and maybe some more original clan leaders too.

So they've gone and introduced a new creature type in Lammasau, when after some research it turns out its a freaking type of Sphinx after all!!! Sphinx being one of my three fav subtypes, I was bummed when there weren't any in the set, 'cept the Lammasau was very reminiscent of one but white. I was ticked when I found out they're the same thing. It's name could have been Lammasau with a subtype of Sphinx, they still even appear in white.

Along the lines of this, Angels and Demons are my other favs. There's Demons, no Angels. Humph.

Which I guess kinda leads me to another gripe, even though on the surface I knew it'd never happen, I was really hoping Kaalia would be at least referenced to!

Lastly, after still being in my top fav cards from the set and picking up a sweet Extended Art alter based on it, I'm still confused. What the hell is Zurgo doing in {Utter End} art?!

Anyway, end rant. That is all, as you were.

Yeah, I was kinda forcing my guess at that. But since it's an exile spell, has whoever he's smacked vanished instead? Just leaving the clothes? I can't make out any features other than a helmet.
Anyway, it'll be one of those things where once I see it I'll wonder how my brain could never piece it together.

Don't forget {Hunted Lammasu}.

rarehuntertay

Lammasu was originally introduced in Ravnica  {Hunted Lammasu}.
Also, a lammasu is not a sphinx, as a lammasu has the body of a bull while sphinx has the body of a lion.

Spikepit

Still pretty similar in the world of crossovers that is Magic! Still doesn't change that it shoulda been a Sphinx. Silly Wizards.

Dudecore

I have the GameDay {Utter End} also. The artwork is very poor. Its unflattering to Zurgo and it kinda just looks like some fat dude punching a backward Mammoth. The Khans art is much better, it's a shame too.

Kaalia's not even from Tarkir. Considering the creatures she summons, and her immensely short backstory, she's most likely from Innistrad.

Oh, be gone the nay-sayers!! There's no definitive as to where she was from. Naturally as part of my rant, I've already stated there are no Angels on Tarkir. So obviously I was meaning once I found out it was an enemy coloured set and there was initial talk of dragons, that's when I was hyped about Kaalia! There's no dragons now, no Angels now, therefore no Kaalia now. THATS what I was miffed about.

Geez, peeps are so quick to puff their chest feathered on these forums!
