Sadly not really, the deck he's building (or I should say decks he builds) are too competitive for that. Would be an interesting take on zur though if SOMEONE played casual zur.

plus, even if you did grab a {hopeful eidolan}, it would enter as an enhanment creature, and would not be an aura attached to zur. bestow only works when casting.

The Eidolon would still a legal target for Zur's ability. All Zur cares for is if the enchantment has a CC less than or equal to 3. Sure, bestow won't work, but then you'd get an additional creature on the field.

i was refering to the cards that are both enchantment and creature for example {Athreos, God of Passage} or {Celestial Archon} most of the good are out of color range or cost more than 3

Ah ok. There are 30 that fit that criteria. Some are decent. Taysby is already aware of this

It sounds like the issue is your playgroup, not the decks you're building.
