Nearly a ripoff if the Jeskai Fireworks thingamajig. Personally, I'm not in absolutely in love with {Prognostic Sphinx}, (apart from Scry 3 on every attack kicking all of the ass and being difficult for the opponents to remove) so if someone could explain what, if anything, I'm missing, I'd appreciate it.

1: Feel free to make suggestions.

2: I will gladly trade for any foil or Chinese/Japanese/Korean prints of these cards if I have the funds to do so.

What's the point in {gainsay} being there?

To counter a blue spell dirt cheap.

I personally feel that it's actually really strong in this meta. With the reintroduction of three colored spells to Standard, there's a pretty decent chance that one of those spells will have blue in it, which means a nice, cheap stop to whatever it is they were trying to do. I wouldn't mind squeezing in another one or two, myself.
