Rakdos Lord of Riots Semi Comp

I need a quicker way to bring out Rakdos. Right now I have a few small creatures to deal damage and I have bolt and a couple other. Burn spells but he isn't coming out fast enough for my liking any suggestions?

you should run {mana barbs} and {Sulfuric Vortex} they will help get him out faster

Thing is, is that they need to lose life on my turn so I can cast him {Rakdos Lord of Riots}

Although those cards are good I can't make them tap for mana on my turn

This would be for later game but maybe a  {Pestilence}

oh forgot {Vedalken Orrery} this also lets you play him anytime an opponent attacks another opponent or does damage which will let you cast all your creatures on your opponents turns for free if enough damage is dealt you can empty your hand every turn
