Making a user page?

So I was planning on making a user page so I can set up a trading page, however it says I can't make new topics there? How do I go about this?

First of all you need to upload some Trade Binder and Needed cards by hitting Update Private Page on Main Menu. Only then will you have a User page to post things on, but it's not a Board to post topics or threads in. It is merely a thread itself.
