I wanted to challenge myself with making a mono colored edh deck of each color. So far I have a red and black one so blue it is! Open to suggestions as always because control is never my strong strategy. Also there are a few cards which are H-E-L-L-A expensive. Those will be proxied if I do finish this deck.

One card that I am iffy on is  {Back to Basics} just because I initially though I was going to run mostly basics with 3-4 non but I found a few good non basics and now idk what to swap although against some multi colored decks it's a hard lock

Idk how but I seemed to have forgotten to add  {Vendilion Clique} to the list. I've taken out {Think Twice} for Clique.

Two card combos are hard to pull off because i dont have tutors but i do like it

The thing is mind over matter just lets you go straight up infinite with Azami. It will always let you draw lab maniac. Then you continue drawing your deck and win the game with lab maniac, so it is a 2 card combo but one of them is your general. Also, you will draw into MoM going to be drawn into a LOT with the wizards you are running

That is true now that you've explained it. What would I cut? The back to basics? I'm slowly becoming more sold on it though
