1. {Courser of Kruphix} + {Dig Through Time} does my opponent also see the 7?

2. Courser + {Treasure Cruise} does my opponent see the 3 that I draw?

3. Courser + Dig again do I reveal the top before I chose my 2 cards?

Thanks :D

1. No, the cards are not revealed as you do not change what the top card of your library is. You're not exiling or drawing them, you're just looking. The only thing is that if you select the top card of your library you must reveal the new one before they're put to the bottom. (As far as I'm aware.)

2. Yes, because as soon as you draw a card the top card of your library changes and it's revealed.

3. Not sure what you're asking...the two cards you're selecting never become the top card of your library so they don't get to see them. (Unless of course you pick the top card.)

From my experiences with {Melek, Izzet Paragon}. Hope i was helpful.

all correct. whenever the game instructs you to "draw x cards" you actually end up "drawing a card x times." so when you go on a {treasure cruise} you draw a card 3 times, and in between each draw, you have a new card thats the top of your library so its must be revealed according to {courser of kruphix}. the important thing is if the top card is actually changing. like if you {read the bones} with a courser out, your top card will be revealed, youll scry 2, while still revealing the top card, then before drawing 1 youll reveal top card, and before drawing 2nd youll reveal top card. the important thing about {dig through time} is that the top card isnt actually changing until the spell is fully resolved.
