Whenever people CONSTANTLY shuffle or thumb through the cards in their hand. Like seriously, dude, shuffling those cards back and forth and making that annoying noise is not going to help you!

I just hate all of the mannerisms people take from watching pro players play, the thumbing through their hand, "it resolves", "untap, upkeep, draw", drawing their card and sliding it on their playmat before looking at it. It really irks me.
