The goal of the deck is to get Narset into play swinging as quick as possible.  If she can survive 1 attack, the game is over.  With all of the tutors and extra turns, and extra combats, it's nearly impossible to whiff.  I've swung with her over 100 times and have only whiffed twice.

Mulligan away all non land, non ramp cards.  Top deck fixing is also ok depending on which one it is.  All you want to do is dig for lands and ramp so you can make sure to play Narset as soon as possible.  You don't really care that much if one of your amazing spells is in hand, in fact, that's the worst place for it to be.  You want to hit it off the top with narset.

The first thing you start out with is your ramp.  You really want something that can tap for 3 that comes out turn 1 or 2.  Anyless less results in a turn 4+ Narst.  Turn 3 Narset is almost impossible to beat.  They don't have time to use their {wrath of god}, so they have to have something like {devour flesh}.

The next is your topdeck fixing.  If you haven't pulled Narset out yet, ship everything that won't get her out asap.  If you have, pitch all non extra combat, non extra turn cards to increase your chances of hitting the thing you need.

Tutors.  If you have Narset out, you want to search for {Time Stretch}, or some similar card that makes it almost impossible to lose.  I have yet to whiff on the combo after casting Time Stretch.  If you don't have narset out, Search for whatever you need to pull her out.  If you are under pressure of attacks, by all means, grab that {terminus}

Lands.  If you have a land that enters tapped like {Untaidakie, the cloud keeper} you want to play that turn 1 just to get it out of the way.  Else, get your colored lands out first to not have to worry about it and bluff potential tricks.  The filter lands can also be used to pull a turn 2 narset if you hit a couple ramp artifacts, which is completely bonkers.

The creatures you have in the deck are there for their abilities.  Not for the fact that they are creatures.  {Aurelia, the Warleader} and {Scourge of the Throne} are in there for the extra combat step.  {Snapcaster Mage} is there to give {Mind's Desire} flashback.  If you get extra value off of other things, that's fine, but where crazyness happens is when you play some spells precombat, attack with narset, play a couple more then {Mind's Desire} for 5 or 6, then give it flashback for another 13.  (then you copy storm with {strionic resonator} and make everyone quit)

Extra Combat Phases.  Only rule is wait until you need to cast it, then play 1, rinse, repeat.

Extra Turns.  Same as Combat Phases

Spell Duplication.  I prefer to save them for extra turns, but using them on extra combats is also great.  {serum vision}ing 3 times also isn't that bad.

With the tutors and topdeck fixing in this deck it isn't that difficult to pull off the {enter the infinite} {omniscience} combo.  Don't worry about overcommiting, because you have counter spells, and all sorts of things to make it so Narset can't die.

Value Cards.  Just play them and profit.  {Indestructibility} on Narset is a lot better than one might think.  After you do, you can just throw her into any combat regardless of their creatures.  {Aqueous Form} is mainly for unblockable, but stacking the triggers so you scry first, then hit 4 is also pretty good.

Board Control.  It's really important to control the board, however you have to be carefull to not shoot yourself in the foot by {terminus}ing while your commander is out.

I'm actually not sure that I need it.  Most of the time people aren't capable of making it through the top 4 and having a dude left over still big enough to kill Narset.

That's just dumb lol I'd argue that 1/4 of the time you hit 4 land lol trust me put this or {Maze of Ith} in

Is there a spell to search for a sorcery or enchant for 2, or 1 cards to search for 2 instants?  I want to be able to enter the infinite, omniscience, {firemind's foresight}, or search for mystical and enlightened tutor at the same time for the combo.

{Idyllic Tutor} searches for an enchantment,  {Enlightened Tutor} will put search for one and put it on top for Narset to grab.

There's {Three Dreams} as well if auras interest you.

Closest you'll get is enlightened tutor, putting one of those on top. You could use {Snapcaster Mage} or something to use the tutor again, but obviously you'd have to wait until after you draw/Narset the first card you tutored, or the second tutor will shuffle it away.

Or, you can use {Plea for Guidance} to get them both in hand and then {Brainstorm} to put them on top of the library. Brainstorm seems like an awesome card for Narset anyway - instant speed draw 3 and set up 2 cards in your hand on top in response to Narset's trigger will come in handy, I'm sure.

Either way, it won't come from one single card. I think that's fine - if you think Narset needs one-card combos because she isn't powerful enough, you haven't been paying attention to what she's been doing to EDH :P

Gorzo

Oh, I guess it's not. Lol. Well, personal/mystical tutors can grab that one for you, still.

Unfortunaly you're missing the greedy color ({B}) that could actually tutor those both at once for you.

You could do something weird like {Parallel Thoughts}. Just choose your 7 cards to be brainstorm, enter the infinite, omniscience, and 4 draw spells to coax them out of the pile :P

DimirOverlord1300

You can just tutor them to your hand and brainstorm or {Scroll Rack} them away

Gorzo

Forgot about Scroll Rack! Man, what a perfect card for Narset.

I still need to play against this with my version of it ;)

narset seems to kill morale for some odd reason... :P

Enjoy the deck while you can ;) I don't think anyone will be surprised if/when she shows up on the next ban list update.

I'm trying {proteus staff} in mine with no creatures :3
