My thoughts are -1 Jace, -1 Ashiok to +1 Utter End and +1 {Bile Blight}

Also 4 dissolves seems tough in thinking of -4 Dissolves +2 {Disdainful stroke} +1 Bile Blight} (to make 2 MB BBs) and +1 {Divination}

I feel like -2 ram +1 dig and +1 Sphinx are needed. Ram isn't too great, and dig is so good, as is Sphinx.

The thing is is that vs Jeskai Tempo/any burn deck you need to gain some life or else you flat out lose. I've thought about sphinx but I feel like it might be unnecessary. I think I need to add the 4th dig like it's just so good

Except against jeskai wins, they'll just wait and overwhelm you. You don't have quite as much removal as the mardu control deck, but you have the three end hostilities. If you don't draw those, multiple attack a from a big/2 rabble and a mantis rider will kill you. Also, ram can't kill the tokens that rabble makes. That's actually very relevant

Ram is so good tho
2 or 3 on board and doesn't matter much jeskai burns

Valid points but seeing as I run 4 downfalls 3 end 3 (soon to be 4 Digs)  I feel like it won't be an issue especially once I add in a bile blight

No kidding lol I'm just expecting a lot of Abzan and Green Devotion so I figure that Control will be well suited

Lol true but I haven't seen any MonoBlack aggro around I'm mostly scared of Jeskai Tempo and Ascendancy Combo

I know but still with Commune and Dig in their deck TSeize might not stop it all together.

I posted my Azorious control deck earlier I believe you commented on it. It was doing well play testing online and with friends topped at a standard tournament Tuesday tonight however the deck flopped. I posted the list I used to top on Tuesday but I was drawing very timely that day as opposed to today couldn't find lands often just unlucky!

Long story short im swapping to esper with the rise of jeskai and abzdan from the pro tour there's just slim to no question esper is better and namely here's why:

I haven't tested jaces bounce yet how has he been performing in matches for you?

I'd strongly suggest cutting the Rams main board even against jeskai they end up folding I've had opponents waste burn spells picking them off and as previously mentioned they don't actually kill the tokens. Furthermore meek lurker has been way better in the sideboard  for me along side a 2 of Rams.

Bile blights kills mantis riders on the draw which is significant alongside rabbles/helps against mono aggro decka which seem to be dying out.

Ashiok, can win against possible control mirrors that may arise on top of unanswered she's always been a house.
