 {Hardened Scales}

i was wondering what would happen if you had two of HS on the field and summoned say a  {Mistcutter Hydra}  with x being six. Would the effect be addive so he gets 5 from summon plus 5 plus 5. For a total of 15. Or mutliplative so (5x2)x2 for a total of 20?

I don't quite understand your question. What I can tell you is that hardened Scales only gives 1 extra counter. So your Mistcutter played for 6 would get 1 additional counter for each hardened scales. So you have two hardened scales on the field and you play your mistcutter hydra for 6. He would enter with 8 counters instead

So am I right in concluding that, when a creature enters the bf with a number of +1/+1 counters on them, this Enchant will proc?

EDIT: autocorrect typos

Yes. Anytime a creature have a plus 1 counter added it gets one more, be it from enter the battlefield effect like on hydras. Or cases like the new outlast effect or heroic triggers

Pleeb

{hardened scales} says any time a counter is placed. {mistcutter hydra} says it enters with the counters. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the scales would trigger because the counters on mystcutter aren't being placed or added.

Gorzo

First off, it's not a trigger, it's a replacement effect. Second, you are still placing counters on something that enters with them. If a creature enters with counters on it, scales will cause it to enter with one additional.
