I can test cards for fakes.
Does the card feel coarse?
Does it look a little thicker than a regular foil?
Does it Bend easier than a normal foil?

This could be an amateur seller who received cards from a sibling, friend, etc and didn't know any better about the price.
OR it could be fake.
OR, since they were a low rated seller, they included a high price card for (possibly) the first buyer.
Nobody will know until it is checked for errors.

I don't think it's unreasonable. It's a useless card to him and all he wants is a good rating so what's the problem in that
