Switched wing for master splicer to balance mana. Why does it matter you ask? It really doesnt it just looked bad with gravity.

Why splicers instead of cheap artifacts, like {Ornithopter}s or like?  Plus, you could probably go down to 22 lands.  Toss in a {Sol Ring} if you've got one.  Goes great with {Tinker}. 

(also, FYI, {Tinker} is banned in all formats except Vintage, where it's restricted.)
