Would  {Burning Anger} +  {Burning Anger} deal twice the damage?

It would give the enchanted creature two instances of tap this creature: do damage. It'd be redundant.

No, the creature would only do it's damage once. Even when enchanted with 2 {burning anger}, you decide which one you are tapping the creature for! not both.
