Notes:
Gonna build this for FNM, what y'all think?

DrainCleaner

Mind sculpt does nothing.

LinkCelestrial

-4 {Mind Sculpt}
+2 {Negate}
+2 {Essence Scatter}

You should also bring a sideboard. You normally need {Perilous Vault} with {Mistcutter Hydra} in standard but {Ensoul Artifact} + {Ornithopter} might save you. I'd still sideboard one or two especially with {Terra Stomper} too.

Codester1991

In a perfect world it's gonna be t1-ornithopter, dark steel citadel t2 ornithopter island, ensoul artifact swing 5, t3 island, ensoul artifact swing ten, t4 swing win

Codester1991

Instead added 4 red to make it more aggro what y'all think?

is 4 {ornithopter}s 4 {chief engineer}, and 4 {aeronout tinkerer}s enough creatures to make convoke good?

Codester1991

Maybe not, but it'd be good enough to get the scuttling doom engine out and possibly have enough for a counter spell at the same time? Or is that pushin it?

LinkCelestrial

Perfect world is
T1 land, {ornithopter} x2
T2 land, {Ensoul Artifact} and swing 5/5 flying.
T3 land, {Ensoul Artifact} and swing 5/5 flying x2.
T4 swing and {Shrapnel Blast} for backup.

If you want I can bump my Ensoul Blast deck. It's the same basic idea as this deck, only I run more creatures for aggro/defence and I don't run any counters. I also splash into red quite a bit more.

Yah if you'd like to that'd be great to get a better idea of something similar. I just think counters would work to keep your ornithopters from being ultimate priced, banishing lighted, doom bladed, or heroes downfalled. As long as they can't kill my ornithopters I win as far as I'm concerned

I bumped and updated it.

Saw it and it looks great, may switch out a few things to make it as competitive as yours looks

Closing Time

I'd say it needs a few more artifacts to use Ensoul and Shrapnel Blast effectively. I'd suggest  {Springleaf Drum} and  {Phyrexian Revoker} .

{Springleaf Drum} is a little redundant with {Chief Engineer}...

{Phyrexian Revoker} is solid as a sideboard card.

{Rouge's Gloves} perhaps?

{Ugin's Nexus} when it gets printed for sure.

 {Illusory Angel}? Seems good here.

i think you have to choose between being aggro and midrange. if ur aggro, you need more dudes and you cant care about countering spells. if your midrange, you need board control until your drop your finishers so ornithopter prolly doesnt work in that instance. also, fyi, {ornithopter} doesnt die to {ultimate price} since he is colorless not monocolored.
