I don't think so. The idea of delve is to use your graveyard to fuel your spells. {Timetwister} would defeat that purpose....

I see burn playing Sage in the board against the mirror and maybe control--but it seems the lifelink is the most important part...do burn decks want a 2 CMC 2/2 instead of just more burn?

The returns to hand thing requires at least 5 mana to do anything (not including Phyrexian mana cards), and you have to activate the ability and it had to resolve since its trigger is on cast. And since it requires the spell to resolve it doesn't get around countermagic.

My gut reaction was whoa but I wonder if it's a little overhyped? I guess I'm thinking this could be more of a {Satyr Firedancer} sort of card.

The original spell does have to resolve, but that doesnt mean it cant get countered. As long as its not getting {dissipate}d it will still go to the yard upon resolution and can be returned.
