Can someone explain how instants and sorceries can have lifelink. I get burn spells but what about:
{Unsummon}
{Dissolve}
{Feed the Clan}
{Dig through Time}
{Taigam's Scheming}

since those dont deal damage you wont get any life

Okay, it seems like such a conditional card then

It is like saying Stoneforge Mystic is a conditional card because you have to have an equipment in your deck, or Deathrite Shaman is conditional because you have to have cards in the graveyard

But this guy is going to make Boros burn amazing in modern. Heck, if you could, splash blue for that extra turn card!

As for the time travel, it seems many of the modal cards say choose Khans or Dragons which is really cool flavorfully and represents Sarkhans actions altering the timeline from Khans of Tarkir to Dragons of Tarkir

This set is the back in time set!!  Hence the dragon cards already spoiled.  Dragons of tarkir is the next set where the dragons have survived.   Hence the draft format.  Kahns/ fate.    Then fate/ dragons.

I don't think so. The idea of delve is to use your graveyard to fuel your spells. {Timetwister} would defeat that purpose....
