That or Dragons of Tarkir. I don't think they would allow you to open a {Polluted Delta}, a {Scalding Tarn} and a foil {Scalding Tarn} in the same pack.

The website says "may contain", so there could be basics still.

I believe it says may contain because some other languages aren't going to have this due to the size of the print run.

Yeah, the Cliffside says: "Certain languages—Korean, Portuguese, Chinese (Traditional), and Russian—will also contain basic lands in this slot at a high frequency alongside nonbasic lands, as Fate Reforged basic lands will not otherwise be printed in those languages."
