No way that's real. Virtually every commander deck ever would run that.

+3 {Lightning Bolt} is broken. I mean think about it, {Keranos, God of Storms}, in any deck? The {9} mana cost is a drawback, but still.

-2 Best removal ever? Basically? I mean you don't /have/ to flip a morph card with that wording. You could flip {Blightsteel Colossus}. However as previously mentioned it'd have reminder text that it becomes a 2/2 if it was legit.

-15 If that ult goes off, you win. I mean, {The Chain Veil} would finally be a worthwhile card. -15, grab whatever the heck you want, {Nissa, Worldwaker} and {Ral Zarek) and you win.

Between the flaws and the power level I'm not thinking this is legit.

the -2 is not the "best removal ever." it still targets, so hexproof and shroud prevent it, and if they {doom blade} their own flipped 2/2 {blightsteel colossus}, itll now get shuffled back into library. instead if you had cast {path to exile}, (the actual best removal ever) or {swords to plowshares} {blightsteel colossus} would actually be gone. costs too much to be playable except in edh and i doubt its real.

It's still extremely solid. Turning an 11/11 infect indestructible trample into a 2/2 colorless vanilla is good. Besides the fact that if you nail the average creature it's not going to recover anytime soon.

There are decks in standard right now capable of {Villainous Wealth}ing for insane amounts I heard somebody cast one for 27. I know there's a reason nobody plays {Colossus of Akros} but my {Villianous Wealth}  deck (casual, and using the inferior enchant land untap method) would be perfectly okay with running a nine mana planeswalker of that power level. I have relative ease casting {Garruk, Apex Predator} and {Colossus of Akros} with said deck. Would it be a super competitive oh my wow deck? No, but I don't think it'd be a laughing matter either.

From what I've heard from many card appraisers about this planeswalker is that the  colon next to the loyalty counters +3 and -2 is a few pixels/millimeter off from where it should be. Making many believe that it's a fake...

Yeah, there are lots of problems, it's about 99% confirmed to be a fake.

I'd be skeptical of calling it fake. Wizards has plenty of leaks over the past year. Like From the Vault: Annihilation, Duel Deck: Speed vs. Cunning and The Black Commander deck.

The first ability should say, "Ugin, The Spirit Dragon...," and the colons are off center, its a very high probability of being fake.

But people find formatting "errors" constantly in leaked cards. Then they turn out being accurate. It may serve some greater purpose, or a change to how Planeswalkers can reference abilities.

I'm not saying it's 100% real, and criticism is valid - but almost every single time 4chan has spoiled a card ({Domri Rade}, {Anax and Cymede}, ect) it has turned out to be real.

Ugin is incredibly balanced and pretty flavorful for a fan made card. Giving all colors access to {Lightning Bolt}/{Ghostfire} and having a major ultimate makes him seem very powerful.

Again, all criticism has been valid, but we've all been burned so many times in the past due to spoilers that ended up being real is what gives me pause. The amount of From the Vault: Annihilation "fake" formatting errors that were 100% correct. Or the "Fake" Domri Rade's can only happen so many times.
