Some problems with templating -
First ability should have the entire name 'Ugin, the Spirit Dragon'.  While truncating the name is a common convention with Legendary creatures, planeswalkers almost always feature the full text.  Just take a look at {Sarkhan the Dragonspeaker}.

The second ability should have a line that turns the permanent in to a creature, or at least a reminder that it would become a vanilla 2/2. 

Overall, I'd probably be fine with it like this, even if the Ult is a little out of place.  Using the second ability as incredibly versatile removal is something I'd be fine with in something like Kurkesh.

For a whole 7 mana.  he doesn't do enough for that mana in modern.  Also, clashes with what tron tries to do.  They don't want their permanents exiled.  That's their worst nightmare.

There's always a chance they'll ignore the Reserved list too. Good luck with that.

+3 {Lightning Bolt} is broken. I mean think about it, {Keranos, God of Storms}, in any deck? The {9} mana cost is a drawback, but still.

-2 Best removal ever? Basically? I mean you don't /have/ to flip a morph card with that wording. You could flip {Blightsteel Colossus}. However as previously mentioned it'd have reminder text that it becomes a 2/2 if it was legit.

-15 If that ult goes off, you win. I mean, {The Chain Veil} would finally be a worthwhile card. -15, grab whatever the heck you want, {Nissa, Worldwaker} and {Ral Zarek) and you win.

Between the flaws and the power level I'm not thinking this is legit.

A delve mox would be neat but yea it would have to cost 4-6 colorless to not be broken.......unless it comes into play tapped which is just awful

the -2 is not the "best removal ever." it still targets, so hexproof and shroud prevent it, and if they {doom blade} their own flipped 2/2 {blightsteel colossus}, itll now get shuffled back into library. instead if you had cast {path to exile}, (the actual best removal ever) or {swords to plowshares} {blightsteel colossus} would actually be gone. costs too much to be playable except in edh and i doubt its real.

if they cost 3 mana you could get 2 out on the second turn with {Commune with the Gods} on standard or on first turn on modern even if it costs 6 with {Tome Scour} (or 7 if you fetched a land)

Mythic cards don't need reminder text. Hell, I don't think Rares need reminder text. See: {Hooded Hydra}

That could be a legit card, but it costs so much...9 mana.

completely agree. however it does speed things greatly if you are able to produce 6 mana on turn 3, while still being able to produce 3 on turn 2 on standard.

one thing i found interesting in its favor of being real is the numbering at the bottom. its 003 which is very plausible since they count the card numbers starting with the colorless ones in alphabetical order. in this case there would be 2 other colorless ones before it (Ghost fire as one??) and also i found this tweet linking the art to the artist.

still it may be a very well thought out hoax lol

but even the way the card is written, they may be moving away from typing the whole name out and the whole ability out (like the hooded hydra example from Dudecore)
