The AK is a pretty fun rifle, really. On top of that, it's cheap (comparatively) and easy to clean. By easy to clean, I mean the AK doesn't give a .love. whether you clean it or not.

It malfunctions a lil with the cheaper mag (10 rounds only in CA :/ ) but definitely very accurate and not much kick. I wanna get my girl used to firing off guns too :)

Yeah kinda sad here in Cali we have such messed up gun laws, but right next door ( az an nv) have some of the most relaxed laws.

I am also trying to get the wife into shooting, that zombie/angels devils/ nuclear war etc is coming soon! She needs to be ready lol

Dude that thing is the nuts. It would be so fun to play with. I wouldn't mind a saiga 12g either. I need to shake this magic habit so I can feed my gun habit.

And yet some people still say we don't need gun control.....I'm not talking about striking out the second amendment (although I personally would), but this shouldn't happen.

If you didn't follow the link, a nine-year old girl was allowed to shoot an Uzi at a gun range and couldn't control it (go figure) and accidentally killed a gun instructor.
