Storm or tempo in khans..

So yes, mono blue is a tempoish deck, but it's more aggro then tempo. Now here is one of the spoilers:

So of course there will be different cards with this mechanic.

Now what this mechanic could mean:
A tempo deck that gives you a few extra damage for cantriping

OR:
A deck like storm that will play a bunch of instant and sorcery to boost cards like this up to 20

Play Jeskai Heroic/Prowess. Pump and draw to 20 someone like turn 4

Mechanic definitely has a {Nivix Cyclops} blitz deck feel to it, if you remember that deck. But I can definitely see a bounce/tempo deck in the works. Depending on how efficient of cards we see with Prowess on them, both could be possibilities.

I think prowess is a weak and awkward ability....storm has better options, and unless they come out with some awesome ways to utilize it I really don't see it doing a whole lot in anything.
