Why Elesh Norn?

because who doesnt want to have kaalia drop a demon or angel swinging for 2 more then its normal and it would also keep kaalia alive longer against deck that use  {Righteous Blow} or {Shock} or any other burn spell and it keeps enemy creatures from being played if they arnt strong enough to survive the -2/-2 they get it makes cards like {Banisher Priest} useless

{Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite} and {Archangel of Strife} are both in there to buff my creatures somehow.

I used to run {Master of Cruelties} in here, but I'm not going for a competitive flavour. It's designed for long, casual games. I built it with Kaalia's ability in mind. Which is why I have cards like {Scourge of the Throne} and {Aurelia, the Warleader} in there. More combat steps means more creatures.

it says that it can double things that use the word whenever and thats what kaalia says so it can copy it

This is half correct.

Kaalia has a triggered ability, which {Strionic Resonator} can copy but {Illusionist's Bracers} cannot.

Incorrect.

Once again, Kaalia's ability is triggered, not activated.

For reference, triggered abilities begin with the words "at", "when" or "whenever".
