i remember somone built a phenax mill deck when he first came out. have phenax out, two {wall of frost}s and two {triton tactics} in hand. use both walls to mill for 7 each. then, tactics them both, untapping and making them 0/10s. tap again to mill for 20 more. thats 34 total so far. untap again with another tactics, making them 0-13s. mill for 26 more. you have just milled 60 cards from your opponents deck. gg.
