Yes. You can play as many cards with the same name as you open/draft in a limited tournament.

REALLY?? I opened SIX {Minotaur skullcleaver} in the theros prerelease!!!!! But only played four due to thinking I ha to follow the playset rule! 😭😢😤😡😠😱😟😑👿
