A while back I actually tryed playing a deck very similar to this. I wanted to make a deck that very controlly but dropped big threats late game. It was kinda like a counter ramp deck. Kinda like if your gunna play UR control then you play counter burn but instead of burn you drop big fatties. I found that the best way to play this was to stabilize in the early game by ramping up with elvish mystics, sylvan caryatid, and Kioras followers. Then slow your opponent down mid game with counter spells like dissolve, dissipate, syncopate. Then late game drop a sylvan primordial, aetherling, or cyclonic rift. Some suggestions I might have would be to play 4 dissolve, 2 dissipate cause Scry is very important. Syncopate over spell blast. Play some off color Scry lands like temple of decit or abandon cause Scry can greatly improve your draws. Play some oppurtunitys or jaces ingenuity over divination cause you want to draw cards more late game than early.

The deck looks good, but it looks like you have no way with dealing with a threat once it resolves. I would drop the negates or another counter spell for {rapid hybridization}. {kiora of the crashing wave} could also be nice, I would drop a sphinx or two. {breading pool} or {yavimaya coast}

I don't really like he bow, you need extra mana for it to really do anything the turn it comes out, I would drop it for. Kiora
