Will control survive the rotation?

With the last set spoiled before the rotation, do you see any core build for control? Of course there is still khans, but here is what we got from m15:

{Dissipate}: with already having the a 3 mana counter that gives you scry, I'm not sure why wizards printed this instead of a 2 mana counter spell that would be much more needed. I think this card will stay a sideboard card unless the needs for exiling creatures rises.

{jaces ingenuity}: although this card may look pretty weak for the current standard, it gives you 3 cards for 5 unlike {sphinxes revelation} which  gives you 5 for 2, while still maintaining instant speed. Although it does not give life, the mana cost is easier to play and more  splash able. This card will defiantly be played if the rest of the core can survive.

{cancel} im confused why they reprinted this card while having 2 other 3 mana counter spells in standard. None the less this is a powerful card in limited and draft format.

After looking at some of the core staples we got from m15, I think the missing card will be a low cost board wipe (all other post rotation board wipes are 6-7 mana which is not ideal against fast aggro decks, although the meta is slowing down with garruk and other powerful new cards. And even if we do not get a strong win con like atheling, we have elsbeth, and possibly {Ashiok} or {liliana vess} from m15.

It may not be as oppressive, but America control has everything it really needs already. {Steam Augury}, {Keranos, God of Storms}, {Elspeth, Sun's Champion}, {Dissolve}, {Anger of the Gods}, {Lightning Strike}, {Magma Jet}, {Banishing Light}, {Nyx-Fleece Ram}, {Revoke Existance}, {Whelming Wave}, {Aetherspouts}, {Dissipate}....In addition, BUG control was one of the top decks at PT Journey, which was Block constructed and that's with only 3/5 of the sets that will be in standard when rotation happens, I am sure it could get a few things from M15 and Khans.

I think there will still. E control, but it is going to look completely different after rotation.  None of us know what the next set will contain, but it definitely won't mirror the RtR block.  RtR was awesome for control,  and I hope the same goes for the new set.

True but hopefully not I like sweepers with SOME upside. Verdict can't be countered, wrath can't be regened.

The way I see it also is that it's on war torn plane. How can there not be a sweeper lol
