Yes. You have to hunt for them. Either in the collectibles section or behind the front counter.

On two separate occasions I walked into B&N specifically for cards and came out with books instead. B&N EXCLUSIVE HARDCOVERS, Y SO PRETTY?? Maybe I need to actually start buying cards and ignoring the books.

I know right? I was going to get a fat pack one time but got their specially made Edgar Allan Poe and their Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy collections instead. So worth it.
