Semblance anvil

How Does {semblance anvil} work with {Heliod, god of the sun}? Do all legendaries cost less, creatures cost less, and enchantments cost less? So {emrakul, the aeons torn} would cost less?

Heliod has two Card types: Enchantment and Creature.

Semblance Anvil will reduce the cost of spells you cast that are Enchantments and/or Creatures.  Legendary is a Supertype that isn't effected at all.
