Notes:
This is a deck by Justin Crandall on starcitygames I thought looked fun

LadyGrixis

You seem to have enough mana fixing that {Voyaging Satyr} shouldn't be necessary.

That would free you up to play 3 {Voice of Resurgence} or 3 {Banishing Light}, just things that will progress your board state instead of getting mana flooded.

I would also drop {Chandra, Pyromaster} and potentially both {Elspeth, Sun's Champion}; if you're not playing full on burn or full on control, then they really have no place here (especially when your heaviest color is green and these two cost double red and double white to place).

That frees up 3 more slots! These could be used for {Boros Charm}, more {Selesnya Charm}s, or even {Gruul Charm} (because it's always funny to swing out and cast this so that no grounded creatures can block.....for the win!).

TreeSmoker

LadyGrixis

Yes, {Domri Rade} would be a nice replacement for any/all of the planeswalkers I mentioned.

TreeSmoker

I've seen all the people that run naya only run white for removal spells and that's about it
They mostly run xenogas, domri , and {garruk, caller of beasts}

Ekann1

I would leave 1 elspeth in, personally. Cut the Chandra and the other elspeth for voices/ banishing lights, like LadyGrixis suggested.

LadyGrixis

I never ran Garruk, Xenagos, or Domri in my Nayas. But then again, my Naya was enchantment-based and all it wanted to do was hit you in the face for 3 turns then kill you. Lol.

I know that feel. That's what mine does

Stopwaitdie

I like the interaction of chandra and kruphix i would keep her in there

You can read bout the deck choices here...I personally think elspeth needs to stay thou I have been thinking of cutting Chandra

LadyGrixis

So I playtested this list against my fiance's Dega Remove, G/R Monsters, and Jund Monsters competitive decks.

This thing always seemed to win! I lost 1 out of 15 games against the Dega Removal, simply because I couldn't rip a {Selesnya Charm} to deal with his {Obzedat Ghost Council}. Otherwise, I always had answers.

I think I'll take this to Standard this Wednesday an Thursday for more feedback :)

Awesome :) let me know how it does...I'm still in the building process

LadyGrixis

Luckily, I'm an avid collector; and since my fiance plays competitive Standard, we have like 8 of every card in this Standard block. So I can build things! :D

Also, did you use this list exactly or did you tweak it?

LadyGrixis

I played with the same list; however, I plan on making a few tweaks.

I originally swapped out {Voyaging Satyr} for an {Elvish Mystic} (because I wanted that early 1-drop mana ramp); but I found out quickly why they used the Satyr over the Mystic. If you get {Ajani, Mentor of Heroes} out and plus the Mystic, it only becomes a 4/4 and dies easily to spells like {Mizzium Mortars}, double {Shock}s, or a combination of any red spells that create damage in the form of 2's. The Satyr, however, becomes a 4/5: Just enough toughness to make someone have to waste better spells, like say an {Ultimate Price}, {Dreadbore}, or an {Abrupt Decay} to get rid of it. At least, this was what I took away from my matches.

{Fiendslayer Paladin} subbed in WONDERFULLY over {Keening Apparition}, considering G/R Monsters and Jund Monsters ran mostly creature/planeswalker heavy (aside from maybe a Xeni-god or the occasional {Boon Satyr}). And the fact that he is protected from red and black spells makes him a JERK to get rid of (especially when you start piling on the +1/+1 counters with Ajani).

If I take out anything, it will likely be the {Voyaging Satyr}.....I'm just not sure what to add in that slot. It needs to be a 2-drop or a 1-drop. But I have no idea what would be best. Perhaps a {Soldier of the Pantheon}? Or a {Fencing Ace} (that Double Strike combined with Ajani is wicked)? Or maybe a {Dryad Militant} for early game? Or perhaps even a {Judge's Familiar} to keep spell-heavy decks in check? No clue.....
